Thursday sessions at Seaton Park, meet at the containers at 6:00pm, session extent may be subject to weather, water and numbers generally off water by 8:00pm.

Class
A	Open to all, including new paddlers
B	Suitable for those who have undertaken some pool sessions and paddled outdoors previously
C	Suitable for those with some experience on the River, with initial development support strokes and Eskimo roll.
