Sign up for sessions at our WebCollect club page!
Our sessions are held are the Robert Gordons College (Schoolhill Entrance) in the pool. Please check out our calendar page for exact dates and times. Open to all ages and family friendly.
We store equipment in the pool so all you require is swimming gear and towel (goggles and nose plug optional). Arrive at 5.45 to organise equipment.
Pool sessions are a safe environment to learn different essential skills for kayaking such as; basic paddling, capsizing, wet exits, rolling and more. There will be multiple experienced paddlers there to assist with any of these skills. The pool is invaluable for teaching skills and learning to be safe and ready for the river.
For the more experienced paddlers, there are options with playboats, doing tricks and seal launches, learning different rolls.
We charge a small fee to help maintain our equipment:
£10 for all members and non members attending the sessions
All members accept that they may be required to prove confidence and ability in water through swim tests and capsize drills prior to undertaking extended trips or trips on open water.
Please visit our WebCollect link at the top of this website to book a session.
